PWR! Classes are Here

PWR! classes for Parkinson's will begin a new 6 week series!

  • Monday and Wednesday classes, July 1st through August 7th, 2024
  • From 12:30 to 1:15 pm (45 minutes each)
  • Trainer Rosy will continue the programming presented in previous classes.
  • Location is Clear Cut Ortho Studio at 1001 12th Avenue, Ste 201, Fort Worth TX 76104

PILATES: INcrease your mobility

MINDSET is offering Pilates now in this first time series with certified Pilates instructor, Ezzi.

IN PERSON CHAIR YOGA

Gentle/Seated Yoga with Nancy modifies traditional yoga poses and postures for persons with MS, balance, back, hip, knee or ankle problems or other neuromuscular conditions.

This class is adaptive, and poses can be modified to help fit the unique needs for each individual.

MODFIT: a modern approach to fitness

Small group personal training

A modern approach to wellness with MS. This small group personal training program will include an intentional focus on five areas of wellness: cardiovascular, overall strength, balance, core/flexibility, and cognition/brain health in each session. Exercise options will be offered for both seated and standing positions. All are welcome. This program is typically offered 1 -3 times a week to maximize the benefits.

Our signature group wellness classes can include Gentle/Adaptive/Seated Yoga, Yoga On The Mat, Balance & Core, Stretch Class, Group AMP Up! and more. In addition, we also deliver ms-specific wellness education classes. These are all offered in different intervals and hosted at our partner locations.
