Small group personal training
A modern approach to wellness with MS. This small group personal training program will include an intentional focus on five areas of wellness: cardiovascular, overall strength, balance, core/flexibility, and cognition/brain health in each session. Exercise options will be offered for both seated and standing positions. All are welcome. This program is typically offered 1 -3 times a week to maximize the benefits.

Our signature group wellness classes can include Gentle/Adaptive/Seated Yoga, Yoga On The Mat, Balance & Core, Stretch Class, Group AMP Up! and more. In addition, we also deliver ms-specific wellness education classes. These are all offered in different intervals and hosted at our partner locations.
