Tai Chi: Exercise for Brain& Balance

This four week series will challenge the brain and body with classic Tai Chi moves. Modifications will be coached while you challenge the neuromuscular connections of the joints related to balance and coordination: feet & ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, spinal stability, and head & neck.
Thursdays, 11 am to Noon
July 10th, 17th, 24th, and 31st, 2025
Led by Nancy Neale
This class will be instructed with both standing (optional) and seated options.
