A modern approach to wellness. This small group personal training program will include an intentional focus on five areas of wellness: cardiovascular, overall strength, balance, core/flexibility, and cognition.
This membership includes three classes per week to be attended on the same days of week and time for 8 weeks. Series runs from March 4th to April 24th, 2025.
