Membership Description
A modern approach to wellness. This small group personal training program will include an intentional focus on five areas of wellness: cardiovascular, overall strength, balance, core/flexibility, and cognition.
This membership includes two classes per week to be attended on the same days of week and time for 8 weeks. Series runs from July 9th to August 27th, 2025. Class time options include Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 to 11 am.
