Pilates is a controlled & intentional practice that uses slow & controlled movements. The main objectives for this class are:
Increasing integration between the brain & body.
Activating small and large muscles groups, aiding in flexibility and coordination.
Improving range of motion at joints with slow, controlled exercises.
This class is twice a week by Ezzi on Tuesdays & Thursdays, 12 pm to 12:45. 4 week series that starts Tuesday, Aug 27th and ends Thursday, Sept 19th, 2024/
